My schedule runs on recurring appointments, which means new availability typically opens at short notice, usually within the next week or two, as existing clients adjust their frequency or finish up.

The booking system below is the fastest way to secure a time. By the time we’ve exchanged a few messages, a slot can already be gone. If you see a time that works, it’s worth grabbing it.

This system is best suited for:

• A free initial consultation (no cost, no commitment, just a conversation)
• Your QEEG review session (if James has sent you this link directly)
• Existing clients needing flexible or short-notice bookings, including single session appointments and those with shift work or unpredictable schedules

All appointments are in person at the Belgrave clinic by default. If you’d like your initial consultation or QEEG review session conducted online, please note this in the booking comments and James will confirm the arrangements.
